Process

We try to start every engagement with a one day brand workshop to initiate our planning process; together with the management, we dig deep to identify what should stay the same, and what new opportunities should be pursued.
The session usually reveals significant agreement and divides on the strengths and weakness of the organization, and the opportunities and threats provided by the marketplace. Core values are articulated during a laddering exercise whose purpose is the personify the brand. Research is then conducted to test the assumptions generated during the brand workshop. Many concerns will be debunked, and others reinforced.
Based on the research and supported by the core values identified in the brand workshop, a recommended business model, brand architecture and brand identity will be developed.
Finally, the marketing strategy and corresponding tactics will be articulated and recorded, and a marketing calendar will be created to help direct and maintain the implantation of tracking research, recommended off-line and online media tactics, public outreach, and public affairs.
If requested, an Internal Marketing plan will be carried out to lead off the brand repositioning and create a brand ambassador atmosphere with in your organization.
